The Coventry Jets played their 3rd game against the Steelers this season and having run them close in the last game entered the game with an air of positivity. However, it wasn’t to be as the Sandwell Steelers ran out with a resounding 41-0 victory to keep their playoff hopes alive.

The Jets came away from their second close fought game against the Nottingham Caesars with another defeat that leaves them entrenched at the bottom of the table and yet to pick up a win.

After the previous embarrassing defeat to the Sandwell Steelers the Jets looked to bounce back with a performance that showed they are truly improving, however a poor 4th quarter belies the progress shown.
A slow start from the Coventry Jets saw them succumb to a 20-13 loss in their first game of the season against the Nottingham Caesars.
Another disappointing game for the Jets saw them succumb to a 37-0 defeat to a Pirates side looking to bounce back from the result against Tamworth, their first home loss in years.
